Proprietor

Mazey Sequeira

Mazey Sequeira, a dynamic London restaurateur originally from India but raised in Kuwait, has always had a passion for the culinary world. Despite initially aspiring to pursue a career in hotel management, Mazey's innate talent and relentless commitment to her craft led her to excel in prestigious establishments like The Cheesecake Factory in Kuwait and renowned venues such as Carluccio's, Bill's, and the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Group in London, UK. Fueled by her deep love for hospitality and gastronomy, Mazey embarked on a journey to fulfill her dream of owning her own restaurant. This dream came to life in the vibrant setting of Goa, where Mazey proudly established Saborosa, a culinary haven that embodies her vision and expertise.

Asis Fernandes

Assis Fernandes is a Commis II in the Food Production department at Saborosa, having successfully transitioned from service into the culinary field. He is highly passionate about cooking and deeply dedicated to achieving perfection in every dish he prepares.

Currently specializing in Continental cuisine, Assis brings strong service insight into the kitchen, enhancing both quality and guest satisfaction. Before joining Saborosa, he worked at Oh La La as a server and bartender, where he developed a solid foundation in hospitality and customer experience.

Driven, focused, and eager to grow, Assis continues to refine his culinary skills while contributing positively to the kitchen team.

Akhil Siju

Akhil has joined the kitchen as an apprentice and is steadily working his way up in the culinary field. Passionate and eager to learn, he brings strong motivation and a positive attitude to the team.

With a keen eye for detail, Akhil focuses on delivering quality in every task while continuously building his skills. He is committed to growing within the industry and looks forward to developing his craft as he progresses in his culinary journey.

Lysa Debbarma

Lysa is a fresh graduate entering the hospitality industry with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to service excellence. Friendly and naturally helpful, she works with precision to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return because of the warm hospitality she provides.

A true multitasker, Lysa is also developing her skills behind the bar, where she enjoys curating and serving drinks. Eager to grow in the industry, she continuously looks for opportunities to enhance her knowledge and refine her craft while contributing positively to the team and guest experience.

Shahin is currently pursuing a degree in law but chose to explore a new path in the hospitality industry, driven by her strong people skills and passion for guest interaction. A natural with guests, she quickly builds rapport and ensures a warm, welcoming experience for everyone she serves.
